Dr. Lear will be our guest speaker at our December meeting (December 8th 1:30 at the Wellness Center). This meeting promises to be very informative as Scott will walk us through the role of exercise in being as healthy as we can be. Scott will cover in his words;
“If exercise was a pill, it would be a trillion-dollar blockbuster. Despite that, only 1 in 4 Canadian adults meet the minimum recommended amount of activity. In this session, I’ll discuss the benefits of regular exercise and how you can build it into your life. From what counts as exercise to motivation and discipline to exercise snacking, this will cover the tools you need to start up or expand your program.”
We can all learn something new and share it with our partners or friends. For that reason we are going to open up this meeting and ask you to invite a buddy (partner/relative/friend) to this session. Proof of vaccination will be required to enter the Wellness Center.
