Many of you expressed an interest in exploring yoga as a heart healthy activity and another alternative exercise type. If you are like me “variety is the spice of life particularly with exercise”. We all get tired of the same old stuff when it comes to exercising. So let’s try something new!
Join us November 10th – Wellness Center 1:30PM
We will have a Yoga instructor and they recognize this will be an introductory session so you won’t be twisted into a pretzel (unless you want to). We will learn about Yoga as a stress outlet, a heart booster, a habit substitute and an exercise form.
